In these final days of the year, we are all inclined to reflect on the work we’ve done over the past 12 months. For those of us who pour passion into what we do but never stop to bask in our achievements, this is the time of year to look ahead—to new goals, new challenges, and new projects for 2023, to be written together with you, our reader.

Connections and Community
To us at Huky, the meaning of community is to facilitate connections between people. We don’t see community as a space where someone behind the scenes controls relationships to draw attention to themselves. On the contrary, it’s a space to connect the dots—to connect people, and to help spark new friendships, collaborations, and synergies.
From these connections, extraordinary things can happen! Like realizing you’re not alone—as many of us felt during the pandemic years—and being able to count on the support of others who share your worldview.
By listening to our community, and through the various initiatives we launched in 2022 (such as Fare e Innovare and RestartHer, the training program for female entrepreneurship), we’ve developed new formats and programs for:
- Those who want to develop their business idea
- Entrepreneurs looking for strategic guidance and a network for personal and professional growth
- Managers and employees who are seeking a radical career change and want to realize a long-held dream

What’s New for 2023
From community feedback and interaction, we’ve developed several formats designed for entrepreneurs, professionals, and freelancers. Here they are:
1. Startup Consulting
An individual program of 5 online sessions (2 hours each) for anyone with a business project, whether new or ongoing, who wants strategic and personalized guidance. Includes the creation of a commercial brochure. The sessions are structured as follows:
- Session 1: market analysis (clients/competitors) | value proposition | offer design
- Session 2: business model design using the Business Model Canvas
- Session 3: financial analysis (main costs, pricing strategies, financial sustainability, brief overview of legal/tax aspects)
- Session 4: delivery of custom brochure | commercial offers | next steps
- Session 5: follow-up after 4–8 weeks

2. Masterclass – From Idea to Business
A 2-hour masterclass for those who want to turn a business idea into a real venture. All companies started from someone’s idea, and this session helps you:
- Identify and understand the core features of a business idea
- Develop an entrepreneurial mindset
- Use the Business Model Canvas® to shape your idea into a strategic model
- Includes practical exercises and real business case analysis

3. RestartHer
An online 6-week training program for women with a business idea. Combines education, networking, business and mindset development, and privileged access to startup resources.
The first 2023 course begins Wednesday, January 18, from 6pm to 8pm, every Wednesday for 6 weeks.

4. RestartHer One Week
A fast-track version of the full RestartHer program. One week, Monday through Friday, for a total of 8 hours (Monday 6–8pm, Tuesday to Friday 6:30–8pm).
